Leadership, command & teamwork

We build an element of leadership, command and teamwork into all activities at Tangier Wood, with Cadets at all levels.

 

We also provide bespoke activities to help Cadets build their command and leadership skills. We provide a separate advanced leadership package for Senior Cadets and NCOs.

 

All activities are designed to support the Army Cadet Leadership Code, and empower and instil the best qualities of teamwork, command and leadership in Cadets at every stage of their Career:
