DofE booking & cancellation policy
Once we have received your completed registration form we will send you an email to confirm your booking, along with your booking invoice.
Close to your course date, we will email you to request the additional information we require, such as your dietary requirements, medical and emergency contact information.
We will also send you your full joining instructions with all the information you'll need for your five days with us.
We request payment of the full amount up front. We're also happy to chat about payment in instalments if that would help ensure you can join the course.
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, you can do so via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are unable to attend on the date you have specified, we will endeavour in the first instance to book you onto an alternative course date.
If you are unable to attend any of the alternative course dates and you need to cancel your booking:
More than 12 weeks ahead of your course date: We will refund you the full amount.
Within 12-8 weeks ahead of your course date: We will refund you 80% of the full amount.
Within 8-6 weeks ahead of your course date: We will refund you £60% of the full amount.
Within 6-4 weeks we will refund you £40% of the full amount.
Within 4-0 weeks we will not be able to issue any refund
If Tangier Wood has to cancel your course date for any reason, we will endeavour in the first instance to book you onto an alternative course date. If you are unable to attend the alternative course dates on offer, we will provide you with a full refund.
